Open Greek Bagel with Ballymaloe Jalapeno Relish
Ingredients
2 bagels
100g feta cheese
12 kalamata olives
Rocket
Olive Oil
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Ballymaloe Jalapeno Pepper Relish
Method
1. Cut the bagel in half and spoon some Ballymaloe Jalapeno Relish on top.
2. Half the olives and place on top with some crumbled feta cheese.
3. Place the two open bagel sides on the grill (medium heat) and leave in the oven until the feta cheese is nicely melted.
4. Top it off with some rocket, a drizzle of olive oil. Lastly add a little salt & pepper for seasoning.
